Refund Policy

At The Lucky Duckling, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.
 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
     

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened beauty products and cosmetics

  • Personal care items

  • Hair extensions, wigs, and hairpieces that have been worn or opened

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
     

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund, depending on the situation
     

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The order was fulfilled incorrectly by The Lucky Duckling
     

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
